Policies:

24 Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Tri-Valley Bodyworks has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.  If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged for 1/2 of your appointment time.  This policy is in place out of respect for our therapists and our clients.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill.  By giving last minute notice, or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

Credit Card Hold:

New clients scheduling their first appointment for an initial evaluation and treatment must provide a credit card number to hold the appointment time.
Charges will not be applied to their card unless they do not show up for their appointment. No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $90 charge billed to the credit card provided.

Package Refund Policy:

Tri-valley Bodyworks offer money-saving package rates as a courtesy to our clients who wish to have multiple appointments or to share this block of time with their family and friends.  Packages are offered to our clients with the understanding and agreement that the entire block of time will eventually be used.  Should a refund be requested on the balance of any package purchased, any time that has been used up to the point of the refund request will be recalculated at the regular hourly rate since the “package discount” no longer applies.
