Using Somatic restoration, we restore your proper biomechanical and physiological functions, relieving chronic holding patterns and symptoms such as pain and restricted mobility.

Deep Tissue Therapy
The therapist uses firm pressure to release chronic tension and tight muscles. This technique helps to break the cycle of spasm and pain.
This is a series of techniques designed to stretch and/or release your nervous & muscular systems. This method is based on locating improper structural and biomechanical patterns in your body and correcting those areas.
This type of bodywork or massage therapy service can be an important adjunct to your fitness or sports program, helping you achieve your performance goals with a minimum of injury and pain.
Our purpose is not only to eliminate your pain; it is also to educate you on ways to prevent recurrence of the injury.
Fascia is a strong, connective tissue surrounding your muscles and organs in a three dimensional web. Tension in your fascia can cause symptoms such as pain, headaches and/or restrictions in motion. We gently stretch your fascia and muscular system, allowing them to lengthen at their own pace. Myofacial cupping is one of the techniques used in myofascial release treatment.
Positional release technique, also known as Strain Counter Strain, is taking the restricted tissue into a position of ease that can help break neurological feedback signals which are keeping it in spasm. One way to apply this technique is to use a painful point as a monitor, or your bodyworks specialist can use his own felt sense of ease in the tissues by holding the area. It is very useful in acute situations where a muscle has been pulled, or is in spasm.

I have been battling pain for over a year and a half related to whiplash. On my first visit when he was doing the evaluation, having me bend, I could tell me neck was twisting to the side even though I was bending straight forward…creepy. Also terrible that no one else ever checked this, hello! It makes sense to me, you may be fine static but when moving have issues.
I felt a lot better after the first visit although the pain crept back in and I went for a touch up after a month. The first visit there were at least three spots he had to adjust and on the second visit only one. Also, he only charged me for a half hour visit on the second follow up because it was less time. Integrity!
Let me start by saying Keith is beyond spectacular!! I’ve been going to him for years and I have yet to be disappointed. For any aches and pains go to Keith…I guarantee you will walk out of there feeling a dramatic difference!!
My husband recently was diagnosed with sciatica and instantly felt much, much better after visiting with Keith. We have also used Gina for in home massage. I would recommend Tri-Valley Bodyworks to anyone, especially those with muscular issues.
